be found inside the warranty brochure which was offered to you when
you purchased your sunglasses from Great Shades! or another dealer
in our network. Note that this is the warranty for non-Polarized
glasses. The warranty for Polarized glasses is further
down on this page.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE
PROGRAM
Our Guarantee is simple and direct:
If your sunglasses, purchased from one of our
authorized dealers or our website, become damaged in any way, for
any reason whatsoever, no matter what the cause, Sunglass
Discounters, Inc. will replace the damaged sunglasses with a new
pair, for as long as you own them, for a shipping and handling
charge of $8.00 U.S. per pair. This charge
covers the cost of administration, materials, shipping and labor
necessary to provide this service to you. If no check
or money order is enclosed, no replacement will be
made.
TO RETURN GLASSES:
1. Enclose a $8.00 U.S. check or money order for each pair being
returned.
2. Package sunglasses in a padded envelope. Send sunglasses
only. Do not Send sunglass case or other
accessories.
3. Enclose a card or paper giving your name and
address.
4. Send the package via U.S. Postal Service.
5. Your new glasses will be sent to you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for
delivery.
6. If your style is not available, we will replace it with the
closest style of equal or greater
value.
